Secretary Cohen Remarks at Allied Force Appreciation Event
As part of an Air Force sponsored Operation Allied Force Appreciation Day, Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will make remarks and join Secretary of the Air Force Whitten Peters and Air Force Chief of Staff Michael Ryan in awarding Silver Star medals to three Air Force pilots for their gallantry and bravery.
