Full honor arrival and award ceremony for NATO Secretary General
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival and award ceremony for NATO Secretary General Javier Solana at the Pentagon at 4 p.m. EDT, Thursday, Sept. 23, 1999.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon.
Following the arrival ceremony, Cohen will present Solana the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service in Room 3E912.
