Honor Cordon for Azerbaijan Republic
Deputy Secretary of Defense John Hamre will host an honor cordon to welcome Minister of Foreign Affairs Tofiq Zulfiqarov, of the Azerbaijan Republic, to the Pentagon at 8 a.m. (EDT), Tuesday, September 28, 1999.
The cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.
Following the ceremony Hamre and Zulfiqarov will sign an Agreement Between The Department of Defense and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction in Room 3E912.
