CJCS Address to University of Kentucky
Army Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will speak at the University of Kentucky, Lexington, Ky, on Friday, Nov. 19, 1999, at 2 p.m. EST in the Grand Ballroom of the student center. Shelton's speech, entitled "Force, Diplomacy, and National Security" is sponsored by the University's Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce.
