Small Business Conference in New Orleans
The Department of Defense Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) will hold a small business training conference Dec. 7-10, 1999 at the New Orleans Sheraton, 500 Canal St., New Orleans, La.
The theme for the conference is "Providing the Keys to Open Doors for Small Business" and, according to SADBU director Robert L. Neal Jr., the session will provide training on recent legislative and regulatory changes that affect small businesses. The meeting also will focus on new acquisition strategies and special initiatives to increase small business participation in the DoD procurement process.
