Cohen Travels to Tampa
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen travels to Tampa, Fla., Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1999, to address the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. The event, which includes a media availability following the luncheon, begins at 12 noon EST. For details, contact Charlie Reese, director of communications for the chamber, at (813) 276-9451.
An effort will also be made to pipe the audio of Cohen's remarks and media availability back to the Pentagon. The speech is tentatively scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m., and the media availability at 1:20 p.m. If successful, they will be available on Pentagon television channel 13.
