Secretary of Defense Cohen Travels to Indiana
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen travels to Indiana today to speak at Purdue University in Fort Wayne, Ind., at the invitation of Senator Richard Lugar. Cohen's remarks will focus on the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction Program and the Nunn-Lugar-Domenici Domestic Preparedness Program.
