Cohen Speaks at West Point Commencement
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will deliver the graduation address to the United States Military Academy Class of 1998 at the commencement exercises on Saturday, May 30, 1998.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. (EDT) at Michie Stadium, West Point, N.Y.
