Ship Scrapping Panel Review
Patricia A. Rivers, chair of the DOD-led interagency panel that has been reviewing the Department of the Navy and U.S. Maritime Administration programs to scrap vessels, will brief the panel's findings and recommendations on Monday, April 20, at 11 a.m. (EDT) in the Pentagon studio, Room 2E781.
Panel members from other federal agencies participating in the review will be available during the briefing to answer questions.
Copies of the panel's report will be available in the press office, Room 2E765 at 8 a.m. under an embargo until the 11 a.m. press briefing.
