Gen. Shelton to visit Fort Benning, Ga.
Gen. Henry H. Shelton, U.S. Army, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will visit Fort Benning, Georgia, today and Thursday, May 27 and 28.
He will attend a "turning blue" ceremony on Wednesday afternoon at 3 p.m. (EDT).
A brief media availability will follow.
On Thursday morning, Shelton will speak at the one-station-unit graduation ceremony at the Infantry Training Brigade.
