Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will be the graduation speaker and presenter of diplomas to distinguished graduating cadets for the United States Military Academy graduation ceremony, at Michie Stadium, United States Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., at 9 a.m. (EDT), on Saturday, May 30.
