Secretary of Defense Will Address the United States Chamber of Commerce

Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will address the United States Chamber of Commerce as part of signing ceremonies for the Employers' Pledge for Support of National Guard and Reserve, to be held in the Hall of Flags, United States Chamber of Commerce, 1615 H. Street NW, Washington D.C., at 8 a.m. (EDT), June 8. Thomas J. Donahue, president and chief executive officer, U.S. Chamber of Commerce will also participate in the signing ceremony.

The event is open to the media. Attempts will be made to provide an audio transmission of the speech over Channel 13 of the Pentagon's in-house cable system and also to Room 2E781 of the Pentagon.
