Full Honors Arrival Ceremony for Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome Minister of Defense Col. Gen. Mukhtar Altynbayev, of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to the Pentagon at 9:30 a.m. (EDT), July 20, 1998.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon. Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than 9:10 a.m. (EDT).
There will be a media availability at 10:30 a.m. (EDT), following the ceremony. Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 10:10 a.m. (EDT).
