RICHARD DANZIG TO BE SWORN IN AS 71st SECRETARY OF THE NAVY
Richard Danzig will be sworn in as the 71st Secretary of the Navy, Monday, Nov. 16, during a 10 a.m. (EST) ceremony in the Pentagon's Center Courtyard.
Supreme Court Justice Byron White will administer the oath of office. Secretary of Defense William Cohen and Deputy Secretary of Defense John Hamre will attend the ceremony, as will Danzig's wife, Andrea.
A brief media availability will follow the ceremony.
