Full Honors Arrival Ceremony to Welcome Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host a full honors arrival ceremony to welcome Minister of Defense Rudolf Scharping, of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the Pentagon at 10:30 a.m. (EST), Tuesday, Nov. 24, 1998.
The ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of the Pentagon. Media interested in coverage of the ceremony must be at the River Parade Field no later than 10:10 a.m. (EST).
Cohen and Scharping will conduct a joint press conference in the Pentagon Briefing Studio Room 2E781 at 11:45 a.m. (EST). Media without Pentagon credentials interested in coverage of the press conference must be at the Mall Entrance of the Pentagon no later than 11:25 (EST).
