Honor Ceremony for General Anatoliy V. Kvashnin
Gen. Henry H. Shelton, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will host an honor ceremony to welcome his Russian counterpart, Gen. Anatoliy V. Kvashnin, chief of the general staff and first deputy minister of defense, to the Pentagon at 2 p.m. (EST), Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998. They will also participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknowns, Arlington National Cemetery, at 4:15 p.m.
