General John M. Shalikashvili Travels to NATO HQs
General John M. Shalikashvili, U.S. Army, chairman of the
Joint Chiefs of Staff, will depart Andrews, Air Force Base, Md.
on Monday, April 21 for Brussels, Belgium.
On Tuesday, April 22,
he will meet with NATO counterparts for the 126th Military
Committee and chief of staff session.
They will discuss current
NATO issues of adaptation of alliance structures and Bosnia.
He
will return to Washington early Wednesday.
