Full Honor Review set for Senator Strom Thurmond at Ft. Myer, June 4
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will host an Armed
Forces Full Honor Review and Award Ceremony for Sen. Strom
Thurmond at Conmy Hall, Fort Myer, Va., at 10:45 a.m. (EDT),
Wednesday, June 4, 1997.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. John M.
Shalikashvili, U.S. Army, will join Secretary Cohen in the
ceremony.
Media should enter Fort Myer at the Hatfield Gate off of
Washington Blvd. and must be at Comny Hall no later than 10:15
