AUDIO FEED OF SECDEF IN LIEU OF PRESS BRIEF
In lieu of the regularly scheduled Tuesday press brief, the audio portion of the synopsis of the U.S.-Japan Security Consultative Committee being held in New York between Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen, Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright, Japanese Foreign Minister Keizo Obuchi, and Japanese Defense Minister Fumio Kyuma, is planned to be transmitted to the Pentagon at about 12 noon (EDT) today, Sept. 23, 1997.
