SecDef William S. Cohen Press Conference
Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen will hold a press conference at 10 a.m. (EST) on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1997, in the Pentagon Briefing Room 2E781. The purpose of the press conference is to release to the public the second edition of "Proliferation: Threat and Response," which discusses the worldwide threat of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons and the Defense Department response to counter these threats. There will not be a regular scheduled press briefing at 1:30 p.m.

8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (EST) in the Mall Entrance parking area. The display is open to the news media. |

Embargoed copies of the "Proliferation: Threat and Response" report will be available for news media in the DoD Public Affairs Office, Room 2E765 Tuesday morning beginning at8:00 a.m.
