Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will speak to members of the Commonwealth
Club of California and World Forum of Silicon Valley, during their luncheon at
12:15 p.m., (PST), Friday, Feb. 23, 1996, at the Sunnyvale Hilton Inn, Grand
Ballroom, 1250 Lakeside Dr., Sunnyvale, Calif.
