Deputy Secretary of Defense John P. White will make remarks at a breakfast
meeting of the Association of the U.S. Army's Institute of Land Warfare, at
7:30 a.m. (EST), tomorrow, Mar. 7, 1996, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel,
1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia. Entrance to the hotel is on
