DoD Corrects Civilian Casualty Announcement
On April 5, the Department of Defense incorrectly identified Emad Mikha, 44, of Sterling Heights, Mich., who died April 3, in Muqdadiyah, Iraq, as a Department of the Army civilian employee. http://www.defenselink.mil/releases/2004/nr20040405-1131.html. Subsequent investigation determined that Mikha was a contractor employee. |
