Gen. Shalikashvili will deliver the graduation address to the U.S. Naval Academy Class of 1996
Gen. John M. Shalikashvili, USA, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will deliver the graduation address to the United States Naval Academy Class of 1996 at the commencement exercises on Friday, May 24, 1996. The event will begin at 10 a.m. at the Navy- Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, Annapolis, Maryland.
