Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) Stephen Joseph will hold a news conference tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. in the Pentagon Briefing Studio, Room 2E781, to unveil the awards of research studies to government, non-government and academic institutions on possible causes and treatment of Gulf War veterans' illnesses. The regularly scheduled DoD news conference will follow.
