Secretary of Defense to address Western European Union Transatlantic Forum
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address the
Western European Union Transatlantic Forum on issues regarding
European security and democracy at 12:35 p.m. (EDT), Tuesday,
June 25, in the Mayfair Room of the Westin Hotel, 2350 M Street
N.W., Washington, D.C.
As a result of the Secretary's speech, the Tuesday DoD press
briefing will be moved back one half hour from its regularly
scheduled time of 1:30 to 2 p.m.
The event is open to the media. Additionally, the audio
portion of the event will be carried live on Pentagon cable
