Secretary of Defense William J. Perry and Republic of Korea
(ROK) Minister of National Defense Kim Dong-Jin will conduct a
joint news conference Friday, Nov. 1, 1996 at 11:30 a.m. in the
DoD Briefing Room.
The news conference will follow the U.S.-hosted 28th
U.S./ROK Security Consultative Meeting (SCM). The SCM is an
annual ministerial level meeting held on an alternating basis in
Seoul and Washington, D.C.
