Mrs. Joan E. Shalikashvili, wife of Gen. John M. Shalikashvili, U.S. Army, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will christen the U.S. Navy's newest Aegis Destroyer Decatur (DDG 73) on Saturday, Nov. 9, 1996, at Bath Iron Works Corporation, a
Mrs. Joan E. Shalikashvili, wife of Gen. John M.
Shalikashvili, U.S. Army, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,
will christen the U.S. Navy's newest Aegis Destroyer Decatur (DDG
73) on Saturday, Nov. 9, 1996, at Bath Iron Works Corporation, a
division of General Dynamics, in Bath, Maine. The program will
commence at 10 a.m. Gen. Shalikashvili will deliver the
principal address.
