Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will announce the
selection of two aerospace companies to build and fly
demonstration aircraft for the Joint Strike Fighter at NOON
(EST), SATURDAY, NOV. 16, 1996, DoD briefing studio, room 2E781,
the Pentagon. This is a change from the previously announced
date and time.
Also participating in the briefing is Under Secretary of
Defense for Acquisition and Technology Paul G. Kaminski,
Secretary of the Air Force Sheila Widnall, Secretary of the Navy
John Dalton, and Sir John Kerr, British ambassador to the United
States.
