Secretary of Defense to Deliver Environmental Security Policy Speech
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will deliver a speech
that lays out the direction of the DoD's environmental security
policy at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 20, 1996, at the Crystal
City Sheraton, 1800 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Va.
His address will be made to members and guests of the
Society of American Engineers (SAME) following a noon luncheon..
The address is open for media coverage, but there will not
be a media availability. Plans are being made to air the audio
portion of the speech live in the briefing studio.
