General Shalikashvile, will address the Joint Staff/Defense Special Weapons Agency Force Protection Technology Symposium
General John M. Shalikashvili, chairman of the Joint Chiefs
of Staff, will address the Joint Staff/Defense Special Weapons
Agency Force Protection Technology Symposium on Tuesday, November
19, 1996, at 10 a.m. at the Marriott Crystal City Forum, 1999
Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Virginia.
The Defense Special Weapons Agency, in conjunction with the
office of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is
conducting the Force Protection Symposium to discuss enhancement
of protection of US military forces from terrorists acts, with
special focus on application of commercial off-the-shelf
technologies. The conference is scheduled for November 18-20.
