Secretary Perry to Host Full Honors Arrival for China's Defense Minister
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full
Honors Arrival Ceremony to welcome Vice Chairman of the
Central Military Commission, State Councilor, and Minister
of National Defense Gen. Chi Haotian, of the People's
Republic of China, to the Pentagon at 8 a.m. (EST), Monday,
Dec. 9, 1996.
The Ceremony will be held on the River Parade Field of
the Pentagon.
There will be a media availability
immediately following the ceremony.
Media must be at the River Parade Field no later than
7:30 a.m. (EST).
