China Minister of National Defense to Address National Defense University
Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, State
Councilor, and Minister of National Defense Gen. Chi Haotian, of
the People's Republic of China, will address the National Defense
University at 2:15 p.m. (EST) Tuesday, December 10, 1996 in
Marshall Hall at Fort McNair, Va.
The event is open to the media.
