Announcing Start of QDR
Secretary of Defense William J. Perry, Deputy Secretary of
Defense John P. White and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
General John M. Shalikashvili will hold a news conference at
10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, 1996 in the DoD Briefing Studio,
