Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full Honors Arrival Ceremony
to welcome President Mircea Snegur, of the Republic of Moldova, to the Pentagon
at 3 p.m. (EST), Jan. 30, 1995. The Ceremony will be held on the River
Parade Field of the Pentagon. There will be a photo opportunity immediately
following the ceremony.
Following a Plenary Meeting, Secretary Perry and President Snegur will sign a
Joint Statement on Future U.S.-Moldovan Defense and Military Relations in Room
3E869 of the Pentagon.
