Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Prime Minister Smarck Michel, of the Republic of Haiti, to the Pentagon at 2
p.m. (EST), February 1, 1995. The Cordon will be held on the steps of the
Pentagon River Entrance. There will be a photo opportunity immediately
following the Cordon.
