President George W. Bush will visit the Pentagon to sign the Defense Authorization Act at 10:05 a.m. EST, Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, in the Pentagon Auditorium, Room 5A1070.
Equipment may be pre-set in the auditorium beginning at 6 a.m. EST and must be in place no later than 7 a.m.
The event will be carried live on Channel 13 of the Pentagon’s internal cable system, worldwide on the American Forces Radio and Television Service and on the Web at http://www.defenselink.mil/briefings/. Due to constraints in the number of auditorium seats, overflow media will be permitted to view the event from the Pentagon Briefing Room.
Media without a Pentagon building pass must have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification and must be at the Pentagon North Parking Entrance no later than 9 a.m. EST for escort to the auditorium and security screening.
