Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host a Full Honors Arrival Ceremony
to welcome President Zhelyu M. Zhelev, of the Republic of Bulgaria, to the
Pentagon at 10 a.m. (EST), February 13, 1995. The Ceremony will be held on
the River Parade Field of the Pentagon. There will be a photo opportunity
immediately following the ceremony.
