Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will travel to Chicago, Illinois, and
Manhattan, Kansas, March 8-9, 1995.
On March 8, Secretary Perry will address the Chicago Council on Foreign
Relations in the Imperial Ballroom of the Fairmont Hotel, 200 North Columbus
Drive, Chicago, at 6 p.m. CST. The speech is open to media coverage. There
will also be a media availability in the Hotel's Regal Room at 5:30 p.m. Media

On March 9, Secretary Perry will be the 100th speaker in the history of the
Landon Lecture Series at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas. The
Secretary will speak in McCain Auditorium on the campus of Kansas State
University at 10:30 a.m. CST. The speech is open to media coverage. Media
