          The 82^nd Airborne Division’s commanding general, Maj. Gen. Charles H. Swannack Jr., will hold a press conference via video tele-conference from the Baghdad Forum at 9:00 a.m. EST, November 18^th.  

          Maj. Gen. Swannack will address issues such as resistance in the Al Anbar province, coalition response, and security measures, as well as reconstruction efforts in the province.

          The 82^nd Airborne Division, based out of Ft. Bragg, N.C., is responsible for all combat operations in the Al Anbar province, including Fallujah and Ar Ramadi.

          Media representatives who do not have a Pentagon building pass and wish to cover this event should arrive at the Pentagon's North Parking Entrance at 8:30 a.m. EST for an escort.  Media without a Pentagon building pass must have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.
