The regularly scheduled Department of Defense News Briefing for tomorrow,
Tuesday, August 1, 1995 at 1:30 p.m. will feature two additional officials.
Assistant Secretary of Defense Stephen Joseph will present the results of the
first 10,000 fully-diagnosed cases of Gulf War related illnesses of active duty
military personnel who have registered in the DoD's Comprehensive Clinical
Evaluation Program.
Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Atlantic Command General John J. Sheehan will
discuss Exercise Cooperative Nugget 95, the up-coming NATO-Partnership for
Peace exercise that will be conducted at Fort Polk, Louisiana on August 6-28.
