Deputy Secretary of Defense John P. White will appear at tomorrow's regularlyscheduled 1:30 p.m. Department of Defense News Briefing in Room 2E781 of thePentagon to announce the opening of the DoD's official internet World Wide Webhome page named "GulfLINK."

"GulfLINK" will begin providing Gulf War veterans and others with immediate,on-line computer access to documents related to the possible causes of theillnesses being reported by Gulf War veterans.

Following Deputy Secretary White's comments there will be a demonstration of"GulfLINK." For further details, call Jim Turner at (703) 695-0192.
