Retired Navy Vice Adm. Donald D. Engen, chairman of the Blue Ribbon Panelreviewing the Air Force's Aircraft Mishap Prevention Program, will announcethe results of the panel's findings Thursday, Aug. 31, 1995, at 11:30 a.m.(EDT) in the DoD Studio, room 2E781, The Pentagon.
Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Ronald R. Fogleman convened the four-personpanel in June to conduct an independent review of the program's organization,staffing, and investigative procedures and make recommendations to improve theAir Force's ability to prevent mishaps.
