            Brig. Gen. Robert W. Cone, director, Joint Center for Lessons Learned, U.S. Joint Forces Command will conduct an on-the-record briefing on the joint lessons learned from Operation Iraqi Freedom.  The news conference will be in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781, Thursday, Oct. 2 at 2:30 p.m. EDT.

            Media representatives who do not have a Pentagon building pass and wish to cover this event should arrive at the Pentagon's North Parking Entrance at 2 p.m. for an escort.  Media without a Pentagon building pass must have proof of affiliation and two forms of photo identification.
