Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Minister of National Defense Hugo Estigarribia, of the Republic of Paraguay, to
the Pentagon at 10:30 a.m. (EST), Thursday, Nov. 16, 1995.
The Cordon will be held on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance. There
will be a photo opportunity immediately following the Cordon.
Media must be at the River Entrance no later than 10:10 a.m. (EST). Media
