Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will address a combined meeting of theMid-America Committee, the Chicago Council on Foreign Relations and theChicagoland Chamber of Commerce on Monday, Dec. 11 at the Chicago Hilton andTowers, 720 South Michigan Ave., at 11:20 a.m. (CST).
Dr. Perry will discuss U.S. military participation in the NATO ImplementationForce in Bosnia.
