Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcomeMinister of National Defense Alfonso Alarcon, of the Republic of Ecuador, tothe Pentagon at 10 a.m. (EST), Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1995.
The Cordon will beheld on the steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.
There will not be a photo opportunity after the Cordon.
