Secretary of Defense William J. Perry will host an Honor Cordon to welcome
Minister of National Defense Fernando Botero, of the Republic of Columbia, to
the Pentagon at 3 p.m. (EDT), October 6, 1994. The Cordon will be held on the
steps of the Pentagon River Entrance.
