Principal Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology R.
Noel Longuemare will speak at the 1994 Defense Manufacturing Conference at 9:15
a.m. (MST) on Tuesday, November 29, in the Grande Ballroom of the Pointe Hilton
on South Mountain, 7777 South Pointe Parkway, Phoenix, Ariz.
Mr. Longuemare will speak about the importance of reengineering the
manufacturing process to reduce costs, improve quality and decrease the time
needed to acquire new Defense systems.
The speech is open to media coverage. The audio from the speech will be
broadcast in the Pentagon briefing studio and on Channel 18 of the internal
