Winkenwerder and Haveman Brief on Progress of Rebuilding Iraqi Healthcare
Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs Dr. William Winkenwerder Jr. and Coalition Provisional Authority Senior Advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Health Jim Haveman will brief news media tomorrow, Sept. 4, in the DoD Briefing Room, Pentagon 2E781 at 11 a.m. EDT on the progress of rebuilding Iraqi healthcare system infrastructure.
